Hi, I'm Hayley.
I’m a grief educator and coach with relevant training and professional and lived experience working with people experiencing loss through bereavement, life change, illness and cultural disconnection.
I have provided support to people 1:1 and in small groups, facilitating grief support sessions and working as a facilitator in many different community settings over the past 20 years.
My most important qualification is my life experience. My approach is practical and compassionate: we focus on grief literacy, stabilising strategies, and a clear support plan you can actually use.
Working from a lived experience perspective, having survived multiple tragic losses, I understand the challenge that grief presents. I educate as I support, guiding with compassion and sharing practical wisdom.
Sessions will end with a practical plan for the next couple of weeks to help you stabilise your experience.
For those who like to know about qualifications, I have completed the following education:
* Adult Education (TAE)
* Grief and Transformational Coaching

* Trauma-informed practice
* Family Domestic Violence Awareness
